Founded in 2022, BrisaCapital is an investment management company focused on value-add real estate investments in prime urban Spanish cities, with a focus on Barcelona as a starting point. The company specializes in prime residential and commercial assets (apartments, buildings and retail) through different investment vehicles/ club deals.
So far, we have secured more than 10M € from investors and closed 6 deals that are aiming at net IRRs greater than 20%, and we possess a continued strong pipeline to fill in.
